Time To Share What I Have Learned
With 3 decades of real estate experience, I am hanging up my hat and retiring. While I will be spending a lot of time with my wife and family as well as vacationing, I am going to miss the real estate business. It was a big part of my life for so many years and I really am not entirely ready to let it go. Every morning I check for any new real estate marketing info, mortgage info, and market trends. Keep in mind, I do have several real estate investments that I need to follow. But for the most part, it is just old habits.
I still have this website that I used for marketing homes and my business. I thought that it would be a great hobby to repurpose this website as a blog for what my views on the real estate market are and share information that I would have used to market, invest or sell homes when I was an agent. It will kind of give me the chance to share what I have learned and give back a little.
Hope you find the information I share enjoyable and useful.

After 6 months of working with another agent, I was referred to Tom. I was on a tight budget and and asking for a lot for what I could afford. Tom was able to find me the perfect condominium that was in my budget within a few weeks. The right agent makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Thanks Tom.

Great experience buying a home with Tom. When I accepted a new job as a new job for a local tech firm. My relocation from the mid-west to Seattle did not leave me a lot of time to see homes before the move. Tom made it so easy by getting to know exactly what I was looking for when I arrived.
Thanks for making my relocation so much easier.
